Find a charge
Charges from ChatSusi may appear on your statement as CHATSUSI or as our payment processor's descriptor. The exact descriptor is shown in your purchase confirmation email.
Common requests
Cancel a subscription: Settings → Subscriptions → Manage. Access continues until the end of the current period.
Update payment method: Settings → Billing.
Dispute a charge: contact billing@chatsusi.com before opening a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
