Digital goods

Subscriptions, credits and PPV unlocks are digital goods that are delivered immediately. In accordance with EU consumer law, by purchasing you agree to immediate performance and waive the standard 14-day withdrawal right.

Exceptions

We may issue a refund in cases of duplicate charges, technical errors that prevented delivery, or unauthorised transactions. Contact billing@chatsusi.com within 14 days of the charge.
