ChatSusi is a digital interaction platform where fans can follow creators, subscribe to their content, send messages, and unlock pay-per-view media. ChatSusi hosts content uploaded by verified creators and, in some cases, AI-driven creator personas operated under our editorial control.
ChatSusi is an online-only digital interaction platform. ChatSusi does not facilitate, arrange, advertise, or support offline meetings, escort services, or any prostitution-related arrangements. Any user attempting to use the service for those purposes will be permanently removed.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use ChatSusi.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions, credits and pay-per-view
ChatSusi offers paid subscriptions, in-platform credits, and pay-per-view (PPV) content. Prices are displayed in your local currency where possible. All purchases are processed by our payment partners.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel renewals at any time from your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Credits and PPV unlocks are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase. See our Refund Policy for limited exceptions.
4. User conduct
You agree not to: share your account, attempt to contact creators outside the platform, request or offer offline meetings, request or share illegal content, harass any user, or attempt to circumvent paywalls, watermarks or technical protections.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent termination without refund.
5. Content ownership and licence
Creators retain ownership of the content they upload. By uploading, creators grant ChatSusi a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, watermark, and distribute that content within the platform for the duration of their account.
Fans receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial right to view unlocked content inside ChatSusi. Downloading, screen-recording, redistribution or republication is prohibited.
6. AI creator personas
Some profiles on ChatSusi are AI-driven personas. They are clearly labelled where required by applicable law. Interactions with AI personas are generated by software, may be reviewed by human operators, and should not be relied on for advice of any kind.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. ChatSusi may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law.
8. Liability
ChatSusi is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChatSusi excludes implied warranties and limits its aggregate liability to amounts paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Mandatory consumer protection rights in your country of residence are unaffected.
