For GDPR purposes, ChatSusi Ltd. is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with your account.
Data we process
Account data: email, display name, country, language, age confirmation.
Creator data (creators only): identity verification documents, payout information, tax identifiers.
Usage data: device type, IP address, sessions, content interactions.
Payment data: handled by our payment processors; ChatSusi stores only the minimum needed for billing and fraud prevention.
Legal bases
Performance of contract (running your account and processing payments), legal obligations (tax, anti-fraud, age verification), legitimate interests (security, abuse prevention, product improvement), and consent (optional cookies and marketing).
Sharing
We share data with hosting and infrastructure providers, payment processors, identity verification providers, customer support tools, and authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active and for up to 24 months after closure for tax, accounting and dispute purposes. Verification documents are retained for as long as required by law.
Your rights
Under GDPR you can request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to certain processing. Contact privacy@chatsusi.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.
